It is important that your investment generates the necessary returns.  In order to achieve this, it is of the utmost importance that your staff is able get the best out of the ALASKA software. We therefore attach particular importance to your staff being thoroughly trained by us.

Once the ALASKA software is installed, your staff can contact us 24/7 for any questions through our ticketing system. Next to this, our helpdesk can be reached by phone during business hours (Monday-Friday between 8:30 and 17:00 h). This way you can contact our employees directly and personally in Dutch or English and you will not be “helped” by a call center or someone who does not have the appropriate background.
